Today, on September 25, a match was held between Mongolia and Uzbekistan, which took place in the 2nd round of the group A of the women’s football competition of the Asian Games 2023. Our national team led by Midori Honda won 6-0.

The goals were scored by Aziza Norboeva, Shahida Tajiddinova, Maftuna Shoyimova, Diyora Habibullaeva (double) and Nilufar Qudratova. In the first round, Mongolia national team lost to the host of the competition – Peoples Republic of China national team with a score of 0-16.

Uzbekistan women’s national team will play the second match of the tournament on September 28 against the Peoples Republic of China.
