Today, on July 11, Uzbekistan national futsal team played against Guatemala, a participant of the FIFA World Cup 2024, and won – 3:1.

The match took place under the dominance of our representative team. In the 2nd minute, Abror Akhmetzyanov opened the score, and in the 12th minute, Mehroj Yunusov, who made his debut in the national futsal team of Uzbekistan, increased the difference to two. In the 17th minute, the ball kicked by the player from Guatemala touched Ilkhomjon Hamroyev, changed its direction and entered our post. In the second half, the both teams increased their attack. In the 36th minute, Fazliddin Botirov scored a goal and ensured the victory of Uzbekistan national futsal team.

Our team led by Jose Venancio Lopez will play the second match against Guatemala tomorrow, July 12.
