FIFA’s official page congratulated Uzbekistan national team and Manchester City defender Abduqodir Khusanov on making his debut at the FIFA Club World Cup, acknowledging that the Uzbek player continues to make history.

The post highlighted that Khusanov is the first-ever Uzbek footballer to feature in the FIFA Club World Cup.

Manchester City’s next fixture in the tournament is scheduled for June 27 against Juventus.
