invites to participate in the tender and asks to submit a tender proposal for the object: “Construction and reconstruction of the sports complex” Dustlik “on the street. Manaviyat 83a, MGS G. T. Khvan, Yukori-Chirchik region, Tashkent region (stage 1) ”

– The project will be financed from the own funds of the Football Association of Uzbekistan;

– Completion date, within 9 months;

– The maximum cost of the customer is 17 655 398 270 soums including VAT;

15 352 520 235 soums excluding VAT.

The tender is open to:

domestic and foreign construction organizations, enterprises and firms that have declared their intention to participate in the tender on the proposed conditions;

The following qualification requirements are imposed on the participant to participate in the tender:

– the availability of working capital, in the amount of at least 20% of the value of the subject of the tender or the bank guarantee for the provision of the specified funds, production base, labor resources and specialists required to perform work (services);

– civil legal capacity and powers to conclude a contract;

– experience of work over the past three years for similar volumes of work;

– provision of information about the previously completed scope of work on its own, the planned scope of work, planned to be performed on its own at the tender object (in percentage);

– the size of the authorized capital;

Participants are not allowed to participate in the tender procedures:

– those at the stage of reorganization (division, merger), liquidation or bankruptcy, whose property has been seized, as well as having direct organizational, legal or financial dependence on each other, expressed in the form of acts of foundation, financial participation, holding and other forms;

– established less than 6 months before the announcement of the tender;

– being in a state of litigation or arbitration with the customer;

– if they do not have a license (if provided for in ITT);

– registered in states or territories that provide a preferential tax regime and / or do not provide for the disclosure and provision of information during financial transactions (offshore zones), as well as to non-resident accounts in banks located in offshore zones;

– located in the Unified Register of Unscrupulous Executors;

– having overdue accounts payable for the payment of taxes and other obligatory payments.

Requirements for all documents required for the preparation and submission of a tender proposal are reflected in the tender documentation, including forms and samples for filling out.

Tender participants have the right to contact the customer (tender organizer) to get acquainted with the project documentation, incl. graphic part (drawings) for studying and drawing up a tender proposal.

The customer provides design documentation, incl. its graphic part (original drawings or electronic version) to the tenderers at their first request.

The contract price of the tender documents is 1 000 000 soums.

The deadline for the submission of bids is set within 12 calendar days after the publication of the announcement in the media /
Tashkent city, Mirabad district, Shakhrisabzskaya street, house-16a (reference point: 5th floor, room 503, JSB “Uzagrosanoatloyiha”).

The submission of bids is evidence that the tenderer has familiarized himself with the aforementioned materials, and he has no questions in relation to the scope of work, materials, structures and other conditions affecting the performance of the work envisaged by the project.

Opening of proposals will take place 12 days after the publication of the announcement.
