This week, the FIFA Medical Conference was held in Boston, USA. It was attended by medical specialists of member countries of the organization, in particular, the head of the UFA Medical Committee, Abror Piriev.

At the conference, the main tasks of sports medicine facing modern football today and their solutions were discussed. Scientific research on injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation was reviewed. Discussions were held on how to control various factors that can affect the health of a professional football player, and how to prevent medical problems. The work carried out in the medical field at the World Championships of different age groups was summarized and future plans were announced.
