The Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Abdulla Aripov, acknowledged that thanks to the efforts led by President Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev in developing youth, grassroots, and professional football, improving infrastructure, focusing on coach education, and coordinating the activities of national teams, Uzbek football has been achieving remarkable results on the global stage.

He congratulated Bahodir Qurbonov on his election as the head of the Uzbekistan Football Association and wished him success in advancing the sport.

“I am confident that our football will continue to grow and develop rapidly, and the long-cherished dream of our people will come true as our national team qualifies for the FIFA World Cup,” said the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, Abdulla Aripov.
