On August 12, the futsal matches of the II CIS Games ended in Minsk, the capital of Belarus. The U-20 national team of Uzbekistan took 3rd place in the tournament. During the competition, Shuhrat Tojiboyev’s team played 4 games and recorded two wins, one draw and one loss.

The important thing is that the captain of Uzbekistan national team, Fazliddin Botirov, became the top goal scorer of the competition with 4 goals. Also, Ashirbek Tolkinov scored four goals.

Abror Ahmetjanov, one of the leaders of the national team, was named the most valuable player of the competition.
