• Husniddin Nishonov (National Futsal Team of Uzbekistan and AGMK / “Huaxin-Jizzakh”)

• Dilshod Rakhmatov (Uzbekistan national futsal team and Huaxin-Jizzakh)

The winner of the most votes will be announced at the end of the year awards ceremony.
