Today, on October 9, at the “Olympic” Stadium in Tashkent, the Uzbekistan national team led by Fabio Cannavaro faced Kuwait and claimed a 2–0 victory.

Goals for our team were scored by Eldor Shomurodov (10′) and Hojimat Erkinov (20′).

The national team will play its next match on October 13 in Malaysia against Uruguay.
