Uzbekistan U-17 national team played their second match in the AFC U-17 Asian Cup currently being held in Saudi Arabia, securing a 2-1 victory against China.
Uzbekistan’s goals were scored by Sadriddin Hasanov (45+1′) and Asilbek Aliyev (86′).

With this win, Uzbekistan has collected 6 points after two rounds and has almost secured a place in the playoffs ahead of schedule in Group A.
The victory has also significantly improved Uzbekistan’s chances of qualifying for the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Qatar.

For reference, the FIFA U-17 World Cup will take place in Qatar from November 3 to 27.
