At the meeting, it was noted that the efforts to develop football between the two countries have reached a new stage. It was recognized that Japanese football has its own authority in the international arena, the level of children’s football in the country, the professionalism and exactingness of Japanese specialists in their work.
In turn, the head of the Japanese Football Association, Kozo Tashima, said that he was satisfied with bilateral friendship and cooperation with Uzbekistan and expressed readiness for the joint implementation of new promising projects.
According to the agenda, they discussed the exchange of mutual experience in the development and popularization of football, the organization of international competitions between national teams, the retraining of sports medicine specialists, and the establishment of comprehensive cooperation between associations.
During the meeting, a memorandum was signed between the parties. The document provides for the direction of the analysis of the physical condition of football players during training and games, as well as the establishment of cooperation in the field of sports medicine and injury prevention.
